RETURN POLICY

If you are not truly satisfied with your order, please feel free to return the item for a credit, exchange, or refund. We will refund our products within 14-days of the sale that are in its original condition. However, there are a few items that are not returnable, so please contact our Retail Shop to receive approval for items in question. We do not pay for Shipping/Handling costs, and these will be deducted from the refund. All approved returns will be held as credit and/or exchange available for use within 6-months from the original date of sale, after 14-days. If you are requesting a refund, once we receive the returned item, we will credit your card or send a check back to you (depending on your original payment method). Exchange items will be shipped out to you immediately.

We encourage you to return your items using a traceable method such as UPS, Fed Ex, or US Mail with tracking to help ensure the package has arrived to us. AcroYoga will not be responsible for packages lost in transit to our facility and will only assume responsibility once it is signed for by our Receiving Department.
